Delivery and payment

Delivery methods:

1. Nova Poshta
Shipping by this carrier is performed at least a set of parcels, approximately (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Except weekends and holidays.
All shipments are made from the Nova Poshta branch: (Dnipro, branch #181, address: Myru Avenue, 75-A).

2. Delivery abroad
Shipping to other countries is via Ukrposhta.


Payment methods:

1. To a PrivatBank card. Payment is possible only through Privat24, a PrivatBank terminal or through the cash desk of this bank.

2. Payment through the LiqPay payment system using Visa, Mastercard cards.

3. Non-cash settlement. Payment of the goods to the current account of the FOP (Single tax, 2nd group).


Return of goods purchased in the online store

If the ordered product does not fit for any reason, you can exchange it or return it to the store.

To process the return of an order purchased in the online store, please contact our managers in advance and inform us of your desire to exchange/return the product.

To do this, make sure that:

  • no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase;
  • the product has not been used and has a suitable appearance;
  • preserved packaging and labels;
  • purchase receipt saved.

You can exchange the item for a similar but different color/size/style or return it.

Our managers will issue an order with another product or issue a refund request.

Funds will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days.

In case of violation of one of the return requirements or the absence of a receipt confirming the purchase, the store has the right to refuse to return the product.

To return the goods purchased in the store, you need to contact the manager of the branch where the goods were purchased.

To do this, make sure that:

  • the product has not been used and has a suitable appearance;
  • preserved packaging and labels;
  • purchase receipt saved.

In case of violation of one of the return requirements or the absence of a receipt confirming the purchase, the store has the right to refuse to return the product.

Please note that cosmetics and medical products that do not have sealed packaging, vitamin supplements, treats and hosiery are not eligible for return.
