1. "Nova Poshta" and "Meest POSHTA"
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" and "Meest POSHTA" , delivery times in Ukraine are from 1 to 3 days.
The cost of delivery is charged by the companies' price list; you can check the cost and exact delivery times on the carrier company's website.
After the goods are shipped, you will receive a message with a tracking number, thanks to which you can track the delivery and find out the exact date of receipt.
Payment for the services of the carrier company is made by the buyer.
2. Delivery abroad
Shipping to other countries is via Ukrposhta.

Payment methods:

Through the WayForPay payment system using Visa, Mastercard and Google Pay, Apple Pay cards.
2. Cashless payment
Payment for goods to the individual entrepreneur's current account.
3. Payment upon receipt
You can also pay for your order upon receipt of the goods at any branch of Nova Poshta or Meest POSHTA.
The "postpaid" service is charged according to the price list of the company "Nova Poshta" or "Meest POSHTA" , you can check the service tariffs and detailed information on the website of the carrier company.
Payment for the "Postpaid" service is made by the buyer.
If the ordered product does not fit for any reason, you can exchange it or return it to the store.
To return an order purchased in the online store, please contact our managers in advance and inform them of your desire to exchange/return the product.
To do this, make sure that:
- no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase;
- the product has not been used and has an appropriate appearance;
- packaging and labels preserved;
- Purchase receipt saved.
You can exchange the product for a similar one, but a different color/size/style, or return it.
Our managers will place an order with another product or issue a refund request.
The funds will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days.
In case of violation of one of the return requirements or the absence of a receipt confirming the purchase, the store has the right to refuse to return the goods.
