General provisions
Individual entrepreneur Kalekin Vasyl Mykolayovych, who acts on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations and trades in Goods through an online store under the registered trademark for goods and services (trademark) "GLOBAL Fishing" (hereinafter referred to as the "FOP"), undertakes obligations regarding the protection of personal data of all persons who have visited this site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), in connection with which he seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site for each user. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for the processing of personal data by the Individual Entrepreneur, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the interaction of the Individual Entrepreneur with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, the conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access to, changes to, blocking or deletion of their personal data and addressing any questions that the user may have regarding personal data protection practices.
Collection and use of personal data
When a user uses the Site, the FOP processes user data, namely:
- cookies;
- IP addresses;
- Internet browser parameters and settings (User-agent).
When visiting the Site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information regarding user traffic is not processed or stored. In any case, when information that is not mandatory to provide is requested, the user will be notified at the time of collection of such information. The FOP does not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, data regarding health or data about the sex life of an individual or their sexual orientation. The FOP collects data on statistics of visits to the Site. The information may contain information about the connection, traffic, user's browser, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Site.
Processing of personal data
The processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Site services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in a personal data base or a separate table of the Site database.
Purposes of using personal data
The user's personal data is used to ensure the provision of the Site's Internet services, exchange of information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication.
Personal data retention period
Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing. Once the subject of personal data has ceased to be a user of the Site by deleting his account on the Site, his personal data is also automatically deleted.
Use of cookies
A cookie is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that is sent to a web browser and stored on a user's device. Such devices include a computer, mobile phone or other device with which the user visits the Site. Cookies can be permanent (they are called persistent cookies) and are stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into primary (they are installed directly by the visited Site) and third-party (installed by other websites).
Importantly:
- when the user visits the Site again, the cookie data is updated;
- In most cases, the default web browser allows cookies to be automatically stored on the user's device;
- Disabling cookies may result in restricted access to published materials and/or impaired functioning of the Site's services.
The FOP cares about its users and tries to make their stay on the Site as comfortable as possible. For this, the FOP needs to analyze the behavior, preferences and interests of the user using cookies. Such analysis will help the FOP improve the experience of interacting with the Site, determine the most convenient interface and navigation of the Site.
The FOP uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies – are required for the user to navigate the web page, search the Site, and remember the user's previous actions when going to the previous page in the same session.
- Performance cookies – aggregate information about how the Site is used. This data is stored on the user’s device between web browser sessions. Examples of such data may include the following metrics: time spent on the Site, most frequently visited pages, understanding which sections and services of the Site were most interesting to the user, how effective a particular advertising and/or marketing campaign is, etc. All information collected using performance cookies is intended for statistical and analytical purposes. - Functional cookies – are used to save settings or configurations that are stored on the user's device between web browser sessions. These cookies also allow users to watch videos, participate in interactive activities (polls, voting) and interact with social networks. To make the experience after visiting the resource more pleasant, these cookies remember the information provided by the user, increasing the efficiency of interaction with the Site.
- Targeting cookies – used to provide content that may be of interest to the user. This data is stored on the user’s device between web browser sessions. Examples of such data may include the following metrics: tracking recommended text, graphics, audio and video content to avoid repeated display, managing targeted advertising, evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, information about the user’s visits to other resources during transitions, as well as other Site settings. The Site may share this information with other parties, including media clients, advertisers, agencies and partners in related businesses, in order for them to provide high-quality targeted advertising.
- cookies of third-party services and analytics services: For prompt delivery, better display and detailed analysis of content on the Site, the Individual Entrepreneur uses services that are the property of other third-party companies, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Alphabet Inc., Gemius and others. The companies listed as examples may use cookies on the user's device while working on the Site. It should be noted that the Site cannot influence the operation of cookies used by these services. Interaction of the Site with other resources
When the user uses the Site, codes of other Internet resources and third parties may be present on its pages, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive user data. Therefore, these Internet resources may receive and process information that the user has visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the user's browser.
Such Internet resources can be:
- banner display systems (e.g. DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, AdRiver, etc.);
- social networking plugins (e.g. Discus, Facebook, Twitter, Google+);
- chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel, etc.).
The use of the specified services of the Individual Entrepreneur is necessary for the operational analysis of visits to the Site, internal and external assessment of the Site's traffic, depth of views, user activity. The Individual Entrepreneur does not store or process the data received from the specified services. Accordingly, if the user, for any reason, does not want the specified services to have access to his personal data, the user may, at his own discretion, log out of his account or profile, clear cookies (via his browser).
Safety of minors
The Site is not intended for minors. FOP takes security issues very seriously, especially with regard to persons who have not reached the age of majority, and therefore FOP appeals to parents to explain to their children about Internet security issues, their specific purpose and need for using the Site.
Interaction of the FOP with third parties regarding personal data
The Individual Entrepreneur does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is required by law, at the request of the subject of personal data or in other cases set out in this Policy. The Individual Entrepreneur understands that personal information is valuable and an integral part, including personal non-property rights of any individual, therefore it takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Individual Entrepreneur. The Site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following a link to other websites, the effect of this Policy will not apply to such sites. In this regard, the Individual Entrepreneur recommends reviewing the privacy and personal data policy of each website before transferring any personal data by which you can be identified.
Confidentiality of the activity of the personal data subject on the Site
Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of users that passes through the network or the user's email is protected in accordance with the law.
Personal data protection
The FOP uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the FOP cannot guarantee absolute protection from any threats arising outside its control. The FOP ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction or damage. The FOP provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have consented to ensuring the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with its requirements. The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorized by him is permitted in cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Terms of access to personal data
The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent provided to the personal data controller to process these data or in accordance with the requirements of the law. The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request are indicated, except for cases established by law. The user's access to personal data is free of charge.
Rights of the personal data subject
The individual entrepreneur informs the user about his rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", namely:
- to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
- to access your personal data;
- receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
- submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
- to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any controller and processor of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defamatory of the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
- to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for him/her.

Policy Change
This Policy may be amended and supplemented periodically and without prior notice to the user, including in the event of changes in legislative requirements. In the event of significant changes to this Policy, the FOP will post a notice on the Site and indicate the date of entry into force of these changes. If you do not refuse to accept them in writing within the specified period, this will mean that you agree to the relevant changes to the Policy. Please review the Policy from time to time in order to be aware of any changes or supplements.
