What is required to exchange or return a product?
To return or exchange a purchased Product, make sure that three mandatory conditions are met:
- Deadline: No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase (the day of purchase is not taken into account).
- Condition of the product: The product is brand new, unused and has no damage (scratches, chips, etc.). Its presentation, factory films, labels, seals and original branded packaging are fully preserved.
- Documents: You have a payment document (sales receipt, fiscal receipt or receipt) that you received with the Goods.
What products cannot be returned?
Goods with traces of use, mechanical damage, broken factory packaging, or incompletely packaged are not subject to return or exchange.
